BOCA RATON – Microdyne Outsourcing, Inc., and CP&S, Inc., today announce a partnership which provides their customers with access to a scalable services infrastructure for reverse logistics, supply chain management and customer care. The partnership brings together two market leaders to create a services platform that incorporates best-of-breed technologies, processes and skills, to ensure that service level agreement performance is met and exceeded.

Service delivery is enabled by linking CP&S' computer service parts inventory and asset management services with Microdyne's state-of-the-art regional logistic hubs and depot repair facilities. Services are available 24/7 and cover in-warranty and out-of-warranty programs. CP&S maintains warranty authorizations with all major manufacturers and provides service for over 200 manufacturers' products, providing customers with extensive multi-vendor management through a single, reliable source.

Logistics and depot repair services, delivered through Microdyne, include product repair, product refurbishment, supply chain management, warehousing, same-day parts shipping, inventory management and stock rotation. Equipment covered includes PCs, printers, external storage devices, point-of-sale systems, data communications and broadband equipment, wireless products, digital cameras and more. Contact center services, delivered through Microdyne, include order fulfillment, pre- and post-sales support, return merchandise authorization (RMA) processing, warranty administration and outbound telemarketing, as well as hardware/software help desk services.
